Next, celebrate your achievements by listing 2 things you accomplished today. Maybe you successfully engaged a disinterested student in class or found a creative solution to a teaching challenge. Acknowledge your progress and take pride in your accomplishments.

Plan for Tomorrow

Finally, shift your focus to the future by identifying 1 thing you'll prioritize tomorrow. It could be dedicating time to self-care, implementing a new teaching strategy, or reaching out to a colleague for support. Visualize your goal and commit to making it happen.

Research has shown that cultivating gratitude can lead to numerous benefits, including improved mental well-being, reduced stress levels, and enhanced overall happiness. By practicing gratitude through 3-2-1 journaling, you're not only acknowledging the positive aspects of your life but also rewiring your brain to focus on the good.
