Imagine saving $1,000 for an awesome vacation. What if you put aside just $10 each day? That's only 1% of the total! Keep doing this for 100 days, you have reached your goal. Even if you spend that $10 on something else one day, getting back on track the next day makes it 101 days—still doable!
The trick is to be consistent over time. Even if life gets in the way sometimes, focusing on having more consistent days adds up and gets you closer to your goal.
Whether you're saving for something big, like retirement or a big purchase, or working on a health goal, it's all about the small, intentional choices you make every day. These little choices have the power to build up and move us steadily toward our long-term goals.
