Summer Wellness Challenge!

Hello Educators!

We hope you had a great end to the school year and are enjoying some time to rest and recharge this summer.

What better way to do that than to join our Summer Challenge. In this challenge we will focus on building healthy habits for 30 days.

We will focus on the following 5 categories:

  1. Mental Health

  2. Physical Health

  3. Nutrition Habits

  4. Sleep

  5. Any habit of your choice!

We will provide you a spreadsheet for you to fill out as you work towards greater health in one or all of these areas. Click the box below to register!
