We know teachers have about 30 minutes for lunch, and making the most of this time is a game-changer. Start small by prepping one meal, maybe even just a daily snack. Keep it simple, and if you crave variety, try prepping a new meal each week. Personally, I prep lunches only, making my lunch break a breeze. Find what works for you!

2. It helps you make mindful choices:

Planning nutritious meals in ahead of time helps you avoid making quick choices to eat whatever is nearby and convenient, like snacks from a vending machine or other processed foods. When we're hungry and without a plan, we tend to grab whatever's easiest. But with meal prep, you're in control of what you eat. Be mindful about your food choices by having a plan before you're even hungry.

3. It is cost-effective:

Buying ingredients in bulk for meal prepping can save money over time. If you're okay with eating the same meal for a few days, your wallet will thank you! Plus, it makes shopping a breeze and saves you time.
